It was a time when old SKAITEKS factory was gone and a beautifull area in Vilnius old town was available for a new development. River appartments were created as a sinergy of old town identity refering to inner courtyards, cracks and visual openings combined with a spirit of a living near water. Appartment building is a cosy and expensive living space which contains exeptional architectural quality. Two appartment buildings create two inner coartyards. One is oriented to the street and dedicated to a public life and nearby square. The other is more nature like and oriented towards the river Vilnelė. Most appartments have a direct access to private terace or balcony, there are bike storage inside and a parking under the building.
