The apartment is located in the central part of Antakalnis, in a newly built house in Smėlio Street. Located on the fourth floor the three-room apartment offers panoramic views of the vibrant Antakalnio Street through the tree-lined landscape. The layout of the apartment is optimal and logical. Most of the space is left for the common kitchen/dining/living area. The relatively small area of the corridor is spread over the center itself and thus creates convenient access to the premises. The living rooms are oriented to the west, the bathroom and pantry are located on the opposite side, with access to them from the corridor. At the end of it, you will find a large common space with panoramic views of the main Antakalnio Street. Common space for family gatherings and work from home, as needed. In order to adapt the room to the life of a developing child, this space is designed to be flexible and open to change. The storage room stores less frequently used items and serve as a laundry/recuperator space as well. In this way bathroom space is able to be more welcoming. Materials and lighting The main dominant material chosen in the interior is oak. Sturdy, stable, and durable wood is used in floors, cabinets and free-standing furniture. The oak is complemented by fifty shades of gray and black accents. Lighting plays a crucial role in space. This one is designed to allow you to comfortably enjoy recreational activities, but would also be suitable for working from home. A leading luminous track above the corridor shows the way to the destination - the living room. The interior is dominated by rationality, natural materials and solid, aesthetics with lasting value. The aim was to create a comfortable space that meets the changing needs of the family. Interest in coffee culture is one of the main hobbies of customers, for this purpose the main focus of the kitchen has become a chrome-plated coffee machine. Paintings by artist Neringa Žukauskaitė grace the living room, corridor and bedroom.
