The apartment contains elongated volume with a space scenario entering from one end and finding resolution in another one, where the balcony is located. The entrance, kitchen, dining and living areas are all connected within one single space. The bathroom is provided with a modernist linear window on an upper altitude. The master bedroom and home office are separated by transparent glass partitions. This provides an apartment with as much spaciousness and transparency as possible.

Materials and Lighting

Provided a historical context, this home incorporated a classical Herringbone flooring pattern which became a foundation for the material palette.
